Makerlab invites you to an open speech with a keynote speaker Dr. Spyridoula Pappas, Doctor of Paleontology, Curator of the collection of fossil mammals Museum of Natural History of London, with whom we will discuss about prehistory!

What is Paleontology and what are fossils?
Who were the most impressive dinosaurs and when did they live?
Did we have dinosaurs in Greece?
Why did they disappear?
When did the first mammals appear?
Which giant mammals lived in Greece?

The listener will get information about the history of the earth and the animals that appeared on it at different times from its inception until today, will see photos through the Natural History Museum of London which has over 80 million specimens will see fossilized mammals of the ice age, one of the rarest collections!

The lecture will take place on 20/10 from 11:00 to 12:30.
